The quotation, free laboratory diagnosis and private round-trip shipping are included at no charge. Before payment, the New Zealand client receives a checked file list, the price and the four statuses recoverable_verified, partial, detected_unverified and unrecoverable; only recoverable_verified is treated as recoverable.
Payment is made only after the New Zealand client accepts that list and the price. Final recovery, preparation of the result and return take place after payment.
If no usable data are found, final recovery fails or the New Zealand client declines the list or price, there is no standard charge for the intervention, outbound shipping, return shipping, customs or standard return media. One exception remains: a rare, costly part can be ordered after separate, explicit, priced approval and its cost is non-refundable even if recovery is unsuccessful.
