What remains free and when payment becomes due

The quotation, free laboratory diagnosis and private round-trip shipping are included at no charge. Before payment, the Australian client receives a checked file list, the price and the four statuses recoverable_verified, partial, detected_unverified and unrecoverable; only recoverable_verified is treated as recoverable.
Payment is made only after the Australian client accepts that list and the price. Final recovery, preparation of the result and return take place after payment.
If no usable data are found, final recovery fails or the Australian client declines the list or price, there is no standard charge for the intervention, outbound shipping, return shipping, customs or standard return media. The sole exception is a rare, costly part ordered after separate, explicit, priced approval; its cost is non-refundable even when recovery is unsuccessful.
