Payment is made only after the Canadian client accepts that list and the price. Final recovery, preparation of the result and return take place after payment.
If no usable data are found, final recovery fails or the Canadian client declines the list or price, there is no standard charge for the intervention, outbound shipping, return shipping, customs or standard return media. Only a rare, costly part may be ordered after separate, explicit, priced approval; that part is non-refundable even when recovery is unsuccessful.
